Phase 2, formerly known as the Alumni Media Studio, has been a social enterprise of Spy Hop Productions since its inception in 1999. With this venture, Phase 2 provides alumni of Spy Hop’s most advanced video, audio and design programs the opportunity for real employment after Spy Hop, while strengthening the financial capacity of Spy Hop and providing a low cost solution for all Phase 2 clients, ranging from small merchants to national corporations.
Spy Hop Productions is a not-for-profit youth media arts and education center whose purpose is to empower youth to express their voice and with it create positive change in their lives, their community and the world. Spy Hop’s mission is to encourage free expression, self-discovery, critical and inventive thinking, and skilled participation via the big screen, the airwaves, and the World Wide Web.
