Flu and COVID-19
The Vaccine Clinic, in partnership with the Salt Lake County Health Department, will be held on the Spy Hop Soundstage (enter on the west side of the building). No appointment required.
Please bring any insurance cards, including Medicare replacement cards. View accepted health plans here.
Clients with qualifying insurance/Medicaid/Chip will receive the vaccines at no cost.
Uninsured adults ages 19+ will receive the flu vaccine at no cost, while supplies last. Unfortunately, we are uncertain at this time if we will have COVID-19 vaccines for this group.
Uninsured clients ages 18 and under will be billed $10 per vaccine for both Flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Payments are not accepted on-site for outreach events. Clients are billed after the outreach clinic.
