An award winning film program, PitchNic is the next step in your creative and technical film pursuits.
If you love filmmaking and are ready to take your skills to the big screen, PitchNic is for you. Spend 12 months with other passionate, experienced, creative teens to write, shoot, and edit a short fiction or non-fiction film. Working in film crews and using professional equipment, Spy Hop will fund your film and send it to festivals! Develop your idea, pitch your film to a panel, spend the summer in production, and screen the finished film at a world premiere at the Rose Wagner Theatre.
This class requires attending an Interview Session with PitchNic mentors Paige Sparks and José Manzo prior to the start of class. This is a great way for us to get to know you a little bit better. And, for you to learn more about the program you are applying for. The Interview Sessions are the perfect time for you to ask questions and to gain a better understanding of the expectations of the class. You will be notified of the Interview Session by the mentors via email and/or phone. If you are not able to attend, you must arrange to meet with the mentors at an alternate time. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 801-532-7500.
