Our Power Up! students have spent the past year turning an idea into a real, playable game. Now it’s done, and you’re invited to be there when it goes public.
Play it yourself on-site, then hear directly from the teen designers and coders who built it at a live Q&A—what worked, what broke, what they’d do differently. Around the game, the gallery walls hold a full year of design student work: illustration, branding, motion, whatever they made and wanted to show.
Urban Arts Gallery is a working gallery in the Gateway that shows and sells work from established local artists—and for the rest of August, our students’ pieces hang right alongside it.
Free. One night only for the launch party, but the gallery stays up through the end of August!

Pixel Gallery lives at Urban Arts Gallery through the end of August, so if you can’t make it on the 13th (or just want to come back), the game and the full year of design student artwork are still up and ready to see.
Urban Arts Gallery is a working gallery in the Gateway that shows and sells work from established local artists. It’s free to visit, open to the public, and worth the trip even outside our event hours.
