Musicology

Musicology is a 10-month intensive program for youth musicians and singers who have foundational music experience and play guitar, bass, keys, or drums. Participants come together to create an indie band, collaborate and write original songs, and perform live concerts around the Salt Lake Valley. From early demos to a fully mixed and mastered album, students will be a part of the band composing the music that reflects their personal style. The band’s album will be released at the annual Heatwave Festival.
