About the Artists
MELISSA DITSON
Melissa joined MRM in 2019 as Chief Creative Officer of the US West to define the creative vision and deliver creative excellence for their clients. At MRM, they use creativity and technology to help businesses grow meaningful relationships with people. We deliver award-winning work that drives impactful results for our clients and pushes the industry forward. Melissa’s award-winning career has spanned 20 years, leading agencies and building creative teams in London and New York. What really gets her excited is work that has the potential to make a real difference in the world. She is actively involved in the creative community, speaking and judging regularly, and frequently participates in initiatives that help make the industry more equal and inclusive.
TOMMY COSTELLO
Tommy Costello IV is a designer and artist based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, he pursued a design education at the University of Utah, earning a BFA in Fine Arts with an emphasis on Design. Upon graduation, he began an internship at MRM, a global marketing agency. Upon completing his internship, he was hired as a Production Designer and has since risen through the ranks to his current position as a Senior Art Director.
He is passionate about design systems, UI/UX, and the nitty-gritty details that make a cohesive experience. He has lent his eye across a diverse array of clients including Fitbit, Verizon, and Microsoft. In his free time, he’s a painter, fashion enthusiast, occasional musician, and questionable tennis player.
