Directing actors can be fun. But directing wild puppets with wacky personalities? That’s even more fun. Puppets can make the silliest faces, dance the funkiest dances, and generally defy the laws of gravity and physics. This Labyrinth-inspired camp takes the world of filmmaking and flips it on its head, giving campers the space to dream big and create even bigger: handcrafting their own puppet, co-writing a script, and together, producing and editing a puppet movie we can’t even begin to imagine.
When they win an Emmy award for this masterpiece, we’ll be in the front row cheering them on.
In this adventure, campers will get hands-on experience with crafting materials, cameras, sound equipment, and editing software.
