Since 1999, Spy Hop has mentored Utah’s young people in the digital media arts as a vehicle for free expression, self-discovery, critical thinking, and skilled participation. Our afterschool and community programs in film, audio, design, and music production are a model for youth development programs across the nation! Spy Hop is recognized by the White House as a leading nonprofit arts and humanities organization.

Film Mentor

Spy Hop is looking for a full-time Film Mentor to guide young storytellers in exploring filmmaking and discovering their creative voice. This role designs and teaches film classes for students ages 9–19, from beginners to advanced filmmakers, while supporting them through hands-on projects, showcases, and future opportunities.

Phase 2 Productions Director

Spy Hop seeks an experienced leader to direct Phase 2 Productions, our in-house media production company and social enterprise. This senior role oversees client relationships, production teams, and business strategy to deliver professional media work while creating meaningful career opportunities for young creatives.
